Attentive: AI‑led Email &SMS

We switched to Attentive in April and have been really happy with the platform so far. The tech team has been fantastic—super knowledgeable, responsive, and helpful in getting us set up and optimizing our account. We’ve especially loved the flexibility and capabilities within Journeys and the robust testing options, which have allowed us to better personalize and refine our SMS strategy. Overall, it’s been a smooth transition and a big step up for our marketing program.

We've been with Attentive for a few years now with multiple brands in our company. We are using them for email and SMS and the dashboard is very user-friendly unlike some other companies we used like Klaviyo and Yotpo. She's provided all the resources (links) and tools needed to excel this quarter. She's also super responsive! It's great having some guidance if needed with growing our brands because we've worked with many companies before that don't provide the additional expertise. Out of all the email marketing companies we've worked with, this one by far is the best!
