Attentive: AI‑led Email &SMS

We’ve explored several SMS platforms over the years, and Attentive has been the easiest and most reliable by far. The Shopify integration was quick and intuitive. Everything synced perfectly without the usual manual setup or data-mapping headaches. What we appreciate most is the accuracy of their attribution. Attentive pulls in all the right data and gives a true picture of performance, rather than inflating revenue like many other platforms tend to do. It’s refreshing to finally have transparent reporting we can trust. Between the smooth setup, excellent customer support, and clean performance tracking, Attentive has been a huge upgrade for our team. Highly recommend.

They also offered an extensive trial with analysis on the benefits that Attentive would bring to the business compared to our existing vendors. The onboarding experience was robust and pleasant with plenty of support from both Australian local support as well as their global team.

I love the library of texts to get inspiration for new campaigns. Really couldn't ask for more in an SMS platform.
