Their support team is super responsive and knowledgeable, which has been a huge plus whenever we need quick guidance. The reporting tools provide solid insights into performance, though there's some room for improvement in customization and deeper data visibility. Overall, Attentive has helped us grow our email & SMS lists, increase engagement, and drive measurable revenue.

(4.6 stars - still early days to the platform) We switched to Attentive about two months ago from Yotpo SMSBump and have really enjoyed the change. Yotpo had a lot of extra features that felt unnecessary for what we needed, while Attentive is simple, effective, and easy to use. The AI tools and smart recommendations are a great bonus and make campaign planning feel effortless. Our team has easy access to everything they need, and we have had no issues with the Shopify integration. We also appreciate the white glove support, which makes the entire experience smooth and reliable. Overall, it has been a good transition, and we are excited to see how the platform continues to grow.
