This originally worked well, but suddenly stopped calculating and allowed orders to be submitted with low shipping calculations. Now it has happened again. The last time the owners didn't even refund their monthly fee to me even after I asked and lost a lot of $$ in shipping costs. Now it has happended a second time and I'm fed up. Don't bother wasting your time with this app. HORRIBLE!!!
This app has worked very well for making delivery rates by city/town. Once we narrowed down what states in the USA we delivered to (a premium feature) the list was accurately populated. One problem that is currently still persisting. When a town has two words in the name the app can't seem to recognize it and no rate is calculated at checkout on Shopify. Hopefully we get an answer to this issue quickly! Show more
