The app is great, but the pricing tiers are unfair for shops that sell expensive items like us. 1000 in revenue is less than 20 bundles per month in our shop. Good luck, the app works like a charm.

This tool is fantastic and has been incredibly helpful in upselling to our customers. The customer support team is also outstanding. We encountered an issue with H1 tags affecting some product descriptions, and Nikolov went above and beyond to help us understand the root cause—even though the problem wasn’t entirely related to the app itself but rather a mix of factors. Overall, an excellent app with a dedicated team behind it!
At first I was super impressed because it has lots of features & unbelievably customizable. Also, their support response was also very quick; however, after the first interaction I couldn't get a live agent anymore. Not sure why their chat support doesn't place you in a queue like most other apps - inconvenient in that sense. I would recommend if you have some patience. Show more
