Not as user friendly as it needs to be. When we add new sizes, it invariably doesn't work and we have to ask our developer to fix. A UI/UX update and a bug fix would make this product a lot better. Show more
WOW. Insanely good customer service. I wrote in asking about a feature I wanted — turns out the feature didn't exist. A normal software company would have put it on their "roadmap" and then never gotten to it. My support rep prioritized it and the feature was completed, rolled out, and live WITHIN 24 HOURS. Literally revolutionised my understanding of what can be done with metafields. So simple to use and the support is world class. Help with custom code, explanations. Within 1 day I had some funky features added to my site that would not have been possible before.
