I had the pleasure of being assisted by Maria, and I can't speak highly enough of her. I was unexpectedly charged for a Plus plan subscription due to an old account I had completely forgotten about. As soon as I reached out, Maria handled everything with speed and professionalism—my refund was processed within seconds. What truly stood out was her kindness and attentiveness throughout the entire interaction. She made sure every concern was addressed and even checked in to see if there was anything else I needed. Maria, you are an absolute gem—thank you for turning a potentially frustrating situation into such a smooth and pleasant experience. You deserve all the recognition.

Worst one to deal with, they changed the pricing amid of getting orders. Good luck, fulfilling your orders as they will bill you on monthly basis just to fullfill them, which they never did in the past.

I would sincerely thank the support team for answering my questions in details, especially Ms. Nina for here unmatched openness to answer each of my concern, leading to optimum in having a successful and enjoyable business journey. I would undoubtedly continue using Zendrop as I consider myself at the hand of the right support team. :)

I've found this company almost impossible to work with effectively. If there are too many variations I can't import them into Shopify, and the alternative is so time consuming. You would think Zendrop could create a simple download CSV file for easy manipulation and management of imports. I've run into a ton of technical glitches where things don't work like they are supposed to. I added products that were supposedly fulfilled by Zendrop to my shop, but when it's time to fulfill the orders I'm told I have to link the product, but the link product button doesn't work. I've tried several ways to get help, but it's all AI bots now and all I get are instructions given in the chatbot but there is no way to talk to a live person. Also, the instructions I was given with the "self help" article didn't work. But again, no way to actually talk to someone. The only way I can talk to a real person and that is if there is really a person on the other end is through email, so even though I have orders I need fulfilled there is no way to fulfill them and there is no one I can talk to about fulfilling them. If Zendrop is a real company, they need to keep real people available to answer questions when we need them answered. I had such high hopes, but with so many issues, and no support, I'll have to find another dropshipper who actually feels the need to take care of their customers when help is needed.
