Absolutely one of the best product customization tools available. Their support team responds quickly and is very helpful. The feature set and integration with Shopify is excellent and customers love the design tool. If I had any issue/request, the production data they provide is good if you are doing one-off products. But for large print on demand sites, you will need to integrate with Zapier since the data they send back to the Shopify order is fairly limited. However this is a minor complaint and for high-end site selling customized products, this is the perfect addition to your Shopify site. Show more

I love this app. We do some personalization of some of our products and the way it integrates on the homepage makes it easy for the customer to design his favorite product. Also when it comes to the workflow, it is easy to use and helps me to have a lean process with all this data that need to be managed. When I had a problem, the team was always helpful and could resolve my issue in no time. So if you are doing personalizations there is no better option available for shopify to my knowledge.
