We used this app for almost two years, and it was the worst mistake we could have made! Every month, there were numerous error lines with no explanation. Since February 2026, our store has been on Shopify B2B, and the app hasn't adapted its services. As a result, every order had an error, and Peppol transfers to Yuki weren't possible due to the app's processing issues. Our accounting firm told us that all their clients are also very dissatisfied with this app. Customer service doesn't listen to us, and for every bug, they just pass the buck. They're unprofessional and unresponsive. We absolutely do not recommend it, unless you want to waste your time manually checking everything for hours every month.
I got excellent support to get this setup. Still fine tuning left and right but it allows me to handle orders and refunds and create invoices from within Yuki while new customers are automatically created in Yuki Show more
Although it took a while to get it up and running. The webcare of webwinkelfacturen did their best to get it all up and running. Even though it took a while, they didn't get frustrated with us and they wanted the same goal. Get it up and running.
