We're currently using the free plan, and will upgrade once our order count gets high enough. The widget was relatively easy to install, and automated review request emails really save us a lot of time and effort. We've had a few special requests with which we needed customer support assistance, and the Yotpo support team has always been really quick to respond and help us solve the problem (same day to 1 day turnaround, usually). I used this app to improve a lot of things: customer experience, customer acquisition, social proof, and relationships with people who visit our Store. We started out using the free product for a few months, then recently upgraded to the paid plan to charge our growth plans - the results are outstanding and it pays for itself! Love it Show more
