Yotpo: Product Reviews App

I picked Yotpo for its integration with Klaviyo. I received incredible support from two Yotpo folks, Leizel Ann D and Bernard, each working on separate issues I likely had from my clumsy install of competitor code. Over the course of almost a week of rapid back and forth e-mails they fixed all the issues, including some that had nothing to do with Yotpo. This is the very definition of extreme ownership. So far I'm really liking this app, currently I'm running the free version and its very easy to set up, I did have a little conflict with Shopify's reviews but a quick email to the developers and they sorted it all out for me which is great because I don't want to get involved with any code. Still early days but so far this is the best review app available and I thoroughly recommend it. Juat had another tweak by Diane, great work and all done very quickly Show more
