Pretty good app for it's value. 900% ROI is very very descent. Easy to use and set up and pretty much premade samples are good enough to recover the abandoned carts.
customer service is stellar! Had some issues with creating 2 accounts (user error) and was given a chance to have a google screen sharing call with Chris who was able to walk me through the onboarding process and get me going.
