I have just started using the app, so I can't yet speak for all features. However, the flow builder for SMS/email automation (including pre-built options) has been fantastic to use. Support for the app is also A+ (thanks Lazar L!). From what I can see it looks to be a full-featured application from popups to email to SMS marketing automation and more. One thing to note, SMS pricing is quoted for the US - it is 10x more expensive in my country (Australia - USD$0.08 per SMS), so be aware of this when considering the cost/benefit proposition of the product!
