Been using this app for a while. Even though we haven't explored it fully and had any successful hits on email campaigns, this one comes at the top of the list for the app interface. Wish there is an export button to download the data instead of raising a support ticket. What stands out is their support service. The support team is Awesome! They always make sure to get our queries resolved. Both Aleksandar and Simeon were very kind and resolved our queries. Sorry if we missed out on any names; they're a bunch of friendly support teams that we can always rely upon. We liked the support service more than the app itself :)

SMSBump is a Joke. Attentive Mobile and PostScript are lightyears ahead of this app. When it first became popular in 2018/19 it made sense to use but if you're a serious business owner who wants to grow the business for the long haul with a state-of-the-art SMS partner - go for the other two. The way they collect subscribers is so clean, their split testing features make sure you are sending out optimized campaigns, and their support is on another level - specifically the Attentive White Glove team. SMSBump did not work on day 1 because apparently the account was blocked from sending messages to USA phone numbers lol, so without exaggerating, the app is literally USELESS and a waste of time + revenue. Im standing by to see if their team is actually going to do something or if I'm just going to be given the runaround

I like that there is a free version of this app available. I was assisted by Marnie in the support chat today. She responded to my initial chat quickly and she was accommodating in her responses. She even sent screenshots which helped a lot.

I recommed this app. It really grew my business and i love the fact that i can reply to texts from my customers
