Use multiple features from Yotpo, included the SMS Marketing and Email app. Easy to use and customer service is always very helpful. Was having an issue with our Email notification and had a pleasure of chatting with John D who was able to help me and sent me step-by-step instructions with screenshots on how to resolve my problem. Very good application we improve the application and add new functions. The after-sales service is just top, really reactive and really explicit "especially with Alex;)" ( good application for the price you have 10k mails free, i put 4 stars for the steps for validations is little complicate ^^ ) its my last feedback in december 2022
