The customer support is too good, ( i tried other popular sms but they didnt work for me at all) but the thing about yotpo is that their customer support is too good, especially Rock N, that guy is too good at his job. Anyways thanks a lot Rock N for the help.

Very reliable company and great customer service PL was able to help with minor issue very quickly and professionally.
I'm just starting with Yotpo but cannot agree to all the 5 star ratings. I find e.g. the email editor or the flow designs cumbersome and not easy to navigate. And when asking the support team often I end up with the SMS team even though I ask for the email team. Once connected to the right team it again takes a long time to get to the right answer. Not great so far. I will update this review once I have more and better experience.
Jay was very helpful in resolving a few issues with pop ups. Was a great experience dealing with him!
