We’ve been using WineHub on Shopify for about 12 months now and it’s been outstanding. This Wine club management solution works really well for us and our needs, especially around the loyalty program we operate. It integrates cleanly with Shopify and removes a huge amount of manual admin from our day to day operations. What’s equally impressive is the pace of improvement. The platform isn’t static. There are constant iterations and new features being rolled out, which shows the team is actively investing in the product and listening to feedback. The process was easy and internal staff built our club offering thanks to a "getting started" checklist provided by Wine Hub, the onboarding was simple. It was easy to integrate with Klayvio so our club comms have our branding and style, but processed through winehub. Sales outcomes: The Loyalty + Sign Up Offer formats have already increased avg Cart size. Our sign up rate has also increased. The time it takes to sign up a new member is also quicker. Updating system / admin: The system is so easy to update vintages, even building new clubs is a breeze. The integration of shopify products makes this process easy and intuitive. Easy to use.
