First off- this app is free! I just went through testing close to a dozen similar apps, and this is better than he vast majority, which being the least expensive! Second- customer support are absolute rockstars! Let me tell you: I found everything to be intuitive to use, and well documented, I didn't have any issues with setup- but I did send customer support a message with a suggestion for the interface. There wasn't anything wrong, just a new feature was partially overlapping a button. I told them I didn't need a reply, it was just feedback for the next time they happened to make an adjustment to the UI, I know that's not a quick process. I got a response and thanks right away from Haley in the app. Then, an hour later, another message and screenshot- the testing team went and fixed it right away! I was shocked and impressed. I appreciate that the folks working here are so invested in customer experience, improvement, and follow through. It's refreshing. So I do urge anyone on here, if you're having difficulty configuring or using anything- don't be afraid to reach out to customer support. This team is ON IT!
