This has been a great app for our wholesale needs. We were able to customize to fit our wholesale program. But the customer service of this app development team is what really stands out. They are AMAZING! Very quick to respond, able to help us with any questions and when the app wasn't fully working on our theme, they dove right in and get it up and running as expected in a very short time. EDIT: This is an update posted 5/17/24. It took over a month to get everything resolved, but we finally got the app bugs and website bugs corrected. So far I like the app. I don't like the shipping options they give you. I wish it would let you use the same shipping rates like a regular Shopify customer. But otherwise its a good app, not a great app. From early April: So far I don't love it. The customer support is difficult to communicate with because of the time difference. I've repeatedly mentioned an issue and they can't seem to get it fixed. I took the app from demo mode to live mode and its not visible for me to try using it on my own. Debating installing it. Currently do not recommend. Show more
