Ever since Shopify updated their interface, the performance and reliability of the app have significantly deteriorated. We've encountered consistent issues during checkout, which have not only impacted our sales but have also eroded our customers' trust. While a 'temporary fix' was introduced, it remains flawed: wholesale customers experience erratic price changes if they navigate out of and then back to the checkout. Despite our numerous communications with both Shopify and the app developers, a permanent solution hasn't been provided. We appreciate the time during which the app served our needs, but I must express my diminished confidence in its current state. Show more
