I honestly have no idea how someone could give this app 5*. We have been using for a couple of months and we have had nothing but issues. The team it seems doesn't know how to code their app. We tried to launch two ranges with them to trade only ahead of launching to the public. It was a disaster from start to finish! The 'tags' did not work. Our retail customers ended up seeing the whole range two months ahead when we planned which ruined the launch we had worked so hard on. Our trade customers were seeing crazy unknown prices for things, the VAT add on (which is the reason we went with them) doesn't work, it miscalculates the product. As soon as we can we will be removing this app and good riddance! Show more
**Update** The team reached out to apologize for the delay due to some local holidays. They worked quickly and was able to resolve my request in 1 day. I do appreciate that....... The functionality of the app seemed to have been a good fit. Unfortunately the communication with support is not timely. I ended up removing the app because I had 2 open tickets with no response for over 10 days will multiple requests for updates gone unanswered. Show more
