The app does its job. It covers most aspects and requirements of a wholesale business. The UX and design leaves a bit to be desired, and that alone almost made me rate it only 4 stars. However, the responsiveness, helpfulness, and quick turnaround time from their support team has been really great and professional, and in the end tipped them over to a 5-star review. Show more
Super happy with this app and its functionality and when in need of support as we did recently they were on it and went above and beyond to assist with our issue in under 24 hours. After trialling this and another similar app for some time we opted for this one and have been so please we have upgraded for more functionailty and find it helps to keep things all under one app as opposed to several spereate ones. This has been a great app for our wholesale needs. We were able to customize to fit our wholesale program. But the customer service of this app development team is what really stands out. They are AMAZING! Very quick to respond, able to help us with any questions and when the app wasn't fully working on our theme, they dove right in and get it up and running as expected in a very short time. EDIT: This is an update posted 5/17/24. It took over a month to get everything resolved, but we finally got the app bugs and website bugs corrected. So far I like the app. I don't like the shipping options they give you. I wish it would let you use the same shipping rates like a regular Shopify customer. But otherwise its a good app, not a great app. From early April: So far I don't love it. The customer support is difficult to communicate with because of the time difference. I've repeatedly mentioned an issue and they can't seem to get it fixed. I took the app from demo mode to live mode and its not visible for me to try using it on my own. Debating installing it. Currently do not recommend. Show more
