This is one of the only apps I was able to find that allowed me to do a tiered sale based on cart totals instead of quantity. We had some issues getting the app to work with our custom theme due to some discrepancies in capabilities, and the app developers were so helpful and responsive to figure this out for us. Its described as an upsale branch for this company. Wouldn't care if it only worked and displayed properly. Its a very badly coded app. I was trying to get an app that offered additional discounts on top of the volume discount and this app does that but you can't apply the discount to a specific product.
