I do love working with Vela simply because it is very easy to create and update listings across all my stores. When I needed help their support team was incredibly responsive. The platform saves me countless hours that I would have spent manually updating each marketplace separately. This app has solved many of the problems I've had that Shopify alone could not solve. Replacing a color chart on my 700+ listings was completed in a matter of minutes! The customer service was fantastic and answered my question very quickly! Update: Feb 2025 - still using the app to tackle tasks! My shop needed an update to the shipping method and I needed to add weights to each variant on every listing. I edited 1 listing, created a profile for the shipping info and applied to all my other listings at once. It's incredible how easy it is to use this app and the customer service is THE BEST. Great app that makes things much quicker, especially when syncing my Etsy store to Shopify. Customer service is quick to respond and fix issues and they keep updating/adding features! Wish there was a smart feature for inputting SKU's. We change our sku's according to shoe size and inputting it manually is a pain! Show more

Updated to 2 stars based on my experience today: Vela is great for saving time when creating new products, but its profile update system is poorly designed for businesses with unique product data. I updated many of our product profiles with some very basic formatting changes, expecting it to apply only to future listings, but it immediately overwrote 80+ existing live products, wiping out unique descriptions and photos without any clear warning. This caused hours of manual work to fix the damage...which I am still in the middle of. A simple confirmation or revert feature could prevent this nightmare. If your products rely on custom details, use Vela cautiously. Original Review: Great app for quickly uploading new products. We do weekly drops and this has made life wayyy easier and I am really happy we made the switch. 4 stars because one feature is crucial that it is missing when it comes to launching new products: Scheduling the launch time. Bummer that you can't do this yet, but was told it is coming, so once that is implemented I will update this review to 5 stars, until then...this missing feature adds an extra multi-step process to our weekly product launches and cuts down on the time savings as a result. This app is the only thing keeping me sane with the integration of my Shopify and Etsy shops. I use another app for inventory tracking, which also allows me to create templates for different collections. I was banging my head against the wall for weeks trying to figure out why Etsy kept knocking my listings out of the category when a template was attached to a listing (I'm sure this was my user error). I was hesitant to start using another app since I feel like there is an app for absolutely everything. In my opinion, Etsy and Shopify are two separate beast, and Vela was a lifesaver for me through this transition. Not to mention the excellent, friendly customer service. If I was asking the AI robot a question it couldn't answer, a human would jump in and help me troubleshoot. I can't wait for Vela to add inventory tracking to their platform. I would highly recommend this app to anyone. This is must for any Shopify shop and bulk editing. Love it! Show more
