J'utilisais de temps en temps (une fois tous les 6 mois) cette application qui était gratuite, pour modifier les descriptions de mes articles. Maintenant qu'elle est payante, il faut débourser $5 /mois pour l'utiliser même si on s'en sert rarement donc je l'ai désinstallée. Les personnes derrière cette applications se fichent clairement de la tête des gens. Je ne recommande pas. Faîtes plutôt un export de vos articles sur shopify et éditez-les sous excel puis faîtes un import. Show more

If you are managing multiple Etsy and Shopify stores, this is still the best app you should use. But they should have added more marketplace before going to a paid app. It was free but no new thing was added while going paid app. This is not good marketing. Technical service is good. They respond quickly. But adding new features and improving the software is not good. For example, all dropdown options of Holidays in Etsy are not in Getvela so I cannot do a bulk update for the missing holiday option. I wrote 2 months ago but they didn't do this little update. I am paying for supporting them but If they don't add other marketplaces I will unsubscribe. I will keep 5 stars for a while. Show more

Quite disappointed with the turn of events - from freebie to greedy. Sure, charge something for your service, but now I'm supposed to pay for every connected store when I use the app every now and then? Will look out for something else and move as soon as possible. Would be fine with a $10/month for all shops but not for each and every single shop that might need some bulk edit at some point. Show more

I absolutely LOVED this app until they suddenly started charging for it! We have used it for several months and never once were asked to "upgrade" until today! We are currently looking for something comparable as I just don't think it's worth paying monthly PER SHOP, we run 4 shops with Vela! Show more

UPDATE: I just wanted to post again to say that this is perhaps the most helpful app I have in my toolbox. It saves me so much time in managing my huge range of products and is so easy to use. Hats off to the VELA team! This is a fantastic app! It's really helped me to get through updating a significant number of products with ease. I've also had great support from Justin. when I've needed a bit of hand-holding. I consider this app an absolute MUST for those of us with 1'000s of products! Show more
