Ani with the support team did a fantastic job helping me get the product add-on's cards to work again after they suddenly stopped loading (after what appears to be an issue from another app interfering with this one's performance). In this case she quickly identified the problem within a couple of minutes and had them working again. She also accepted feedback I gave about what function might be beneficial to pass on to the development team to have product add-on cards update according to the product variant selection from a single product page. I don't know if they'll be able to do it, but at the very least, it was nice to hear my suggestion would be passed along for consideration. Thank you, Ani! *Update 02/03/24 ----- Janani was very kind, patient and attentive to me during the support call. I've made a request that may not be typical and sometimes those are not easy to address in a call, but Janani was understanding and willing to pass along my request to the dev team to create a drop down button to expand or hide the add-on's cards on the product pages so that customers can read the product description before being shown the list of options. (it is believed that as they are appearing before the product description, it is deterring sales because customers aren't seeing the description).
