It's a really good and reliable translation app, especially when translating third-party apps. Transcy works very well. I always had questions and minor problems, but the entire support team (especially “Clara”) always helped me very quickly. However, I have to deduct one star because the translation of the same words in different products was not consistent (upper case, lower case) and I had to rework a few things as a result. And it takes a while to find your way around the menu, the navigation could be a bit clearer and easier. Once you get used to it and understand the menu and navigation, it's a "very good" translation app overall. Update from October 15, 2024: I changed my rating to 5 stars today. The updates to the app in the last few months and weeks have been really great. The app is so good now, and if I have a small problem, I always get help quickly. Like today from "Polaris", but the other support employees also always help very quickly and are very competent. Show more
From customer service to the pricing everything was beyond terrible. I'm being charged for +70 usd although my plan is supposed to charge much less. I've uninstalled it, and it still charges me. I don't know how to stop this and there is no help. Show more
