Super cool app (if you enable in the theme customiser like you’re supposed to). I didn’t follow the instructions properly so it wasn’t working (it was super late, I was tired) so I contacted support who immediately despite being out of normal working hours, got in touch and kindly figured out what I did wrong and fixed it. So far the app is working great, super easy and a fab translation- and really awesome support. I have had to do nothing but download and click some buttons to get a fully translated website for free.
