We're so glad to have found TaxCloud after working with other similar services that ignored us when we needed help or had questions. On top of that, we get some states filed for free, and overall we saved on our monthly fees. I was cautiously optimistic–would the really be better while also being cheaper? The answer is, yes. First this app is very expensive. My main issue is the support and overall quality of the product. Since the new app was launched (they redo the app often) I have not been able to get the app to link to my store and support keeps saying to uninstall and reinstall.... Show more

TaxCloud is hands down the best tax app we've used since opening our Shopify store. It's super simple to setup and then it does all the work for you.
