Application très pratique qui donne un cachet de plus au design de la boutique surtout que l'on peut choisir la couleur qu'on veut. Et le service client est très avenant. Ils se sont littéralement pliés en 4 pour répondre à toutes mes attentes et m'ont même proposé des idées pour améliorer le rendu sur ma boutique. I was absolutely blown away by the amazing and kind customer service provided by Wishlist Plus. I had the absolute pleasure of speaking to Subham, who went out of their way to help us integrate Wishlist Plus into our new Shopify store. They were so truly kind in their words and actions, and they made the changes necessary to add the wishlist as a navigation link in the menu, add it to our collection pages, and refine the setup so fast and easily. It was such a relief not to have to stress out over the installation of this app. I want to just give a shoutout of gratitude to Subham for their FANTASTIC customer service! We are new to Etsy, and we had what we thought was the perfect wishlist app installed, but as that wishlist app is no longer available, we set out in frustration to find a replacement. Though there were no longer any apps that had all of the functions we wanted at a reasonable cost, Wishlist Plus had the most and best functions with a good aesthetic and smooth interface. Wishlist Plus also came highly recommended through several website articles rating various Shopify wishlist apps. The functionality thus far has been exceptional. We created test wishlists, and everything worked wonderfully. If there were anything we could add to or improve about this app, we would request the ability to rename your wishlists after creating them - being able to edit the title of the wishlists - and we would love to see which customers added which items to their wishlists also. The thing we love the most about the Wishlist Plus app, besides the outstanding customer service, is the ease of use and reliability on the user end. It's very streamlined. We also wish there were a direct link to a page for one's wishlists that we could easily and quickly add to any of the navigation menus. As we are new to Shopify and Liquid and still learning, we will have to make do with the floating button and the little heart icon in the upper right corner next to the login button. We hope that people will know what the heart icon means. But ideally, we wish we could just copy and paste a simple link into our navigation menu that says "My Wishlist" that customers can click on to go to their wishlists, then add or edit them as needed. The price is reasonable compared to most other high-quality Wishlist apps; however, it is still very pricey if you want any of the "good" features, such as Save for Later. As a small business migrating from Etsy with a revenue of approximately $5,000 per year over three years of business on Etsy (yes, that's only five thousand per YEAR, more of a hobby than a business, but we are steadily increasing our business), with the Shopify fees, it makes it hard for us to expand our business with any significantly helpful "features" for customers. Being "old-school" and used to being able to just code whatever I like into the HTML or PHP of my page, the whole shop apps experience is just incredibly expensive and cutthroat, and this may be an app that is only affordable to you if you have a larger revenue stream. If your business is a larger one, or if you can afford it, and you want exceptional features and outstanding customer service, this is the wishlist app to use out of all of those currently available in the Shopify app store as of September 2023. Overall, we would recommend this app for your wishlist above all others if it is financially plausible for your company! Show more
