Exception level of service from Andrea - we were previously speaking to him via their live chat but he encouraged us to move onto a call where he took us through an in depth tour of the app and all the possibilities. He gave up over an hour of his time which I really appreciated. I have not received this high level of service from another shopify app since I started using the platform.
