Recently our subscription needs shifted and we've been trying to decide which app to switch to. After weeks of research we've settled on Appstle for a number of reasons: 1. Customer service is always ready to help. Doesn't seem to matter when we need it, they are there. 2. Feature set has everything we needed. One of the few subscription apps that truly does everything, including allowing customers to swap items, build their own box, add whole sets to cart, and more. 3. They don't skim off your bottom line. We made a decision early on that we weren't going to use any app that takes a percentage of revenue (unless they offer something outrageously unique). Appstle offers a very honest pricing structure that doesn't kill small businesses when they need capital the most. 4. Customization. We were initially put off by Appstle's demo store, as it displays things in a very basic and unflattering manner. However after testing they offer customization of everything, including access to custom css panels throughout. With a little effort you can get everything on brand and looking great. Overall we've quite happy with our onboarding experience thus far and look forward to doing business with this team for years to come. Show more
