This app takes a little getting used to and support gets back to you later in the evening. However, beyond these issues the app does what it should at a reasonable price. This app has been one of the most solid apps in the app store. It can be used to create bundled/kitted products, run an inventory system built on a database instead of paying thousands a month for a so so IMS system like orderhive or cin7 which will promise you a ton of development take your money and then keep your money and never deliver a finished product. This is the BEST APP ON SHOPIFY if you need to coordinate several large inventories. I'm not sure I could continue my business without this app. So much time saved, so efficient, such great customer support. I wish every app I have installed was as good as Stock Sync! Such a fantastic app! It took me a while to get it working, but the support has been incredible, particularly from Suriyah who always responds quickly and gives me the answers I need. It’s a huge relief knowing I don’t have to worry about checking stock and pricing as I have a largish catalogue (4500 products) and Stock Sync checks my supplier inventory every 6 hours and adjusts pricing and availability.
