At first I chose another company that had a 5 star rating. But it had 30-40 reviews. A complete failure! Then I turned to this service. Everything happens in the Shopify panel, they have videos on how to set it up. We set up some feeds that are currently working great. The initial setup took quite a while, but one connection was extremely complicated and they still managed to do it. Indeed, my store is currently working and synchronising stock from our warehouses and 3 other external suppliers. I update my nomenclature, my photos, my descriptions. We have over 100 emails in our correspondence and many cases that we have overcome! Show more
No one answers me and their Vendor feeds are not working even the vendor treid to reach them. Because I placed this review magically my app was removed and I had to reinstall the app and of course I lost my gandfathered plan and now they are forcing me to pay way more. When I email my questions are being ignored and I cannot find help to get my original package back. This is what happens if you place a review they dont like. Show more
