I was looking a long time for such an app/possibility of a reasonable price. The support is great the guys are really friendly an help out where needed. I would like to see more features to calculate stock estimates etc. to get out the most of the data. I think this would give this app the killer features to boost growth. I was impressed with the follow up support and resolution. Invariably there will be issues with integration of new apps on Shopify. What is important is the team behind the product working to resolve these issues. In my case, when I purchased the Stock Synch app, I got a message I was over the limit. It turned out Stock Sync scans all sku variants listed in our Shopify store. (Which makes sense). However, I only wanted a select few vendors updated each day in order to remain under the base plan threshold of 4,000 variants. They have a good method for including and excluding vendors, products, sizes and other variants. In my case, this allowed me to stay under the 4,000 limit for the base plan. I would recommend this app to all Shopify store owners as a simple and cost effective way to update their inventory. Show more
