The best part is the helpful friendly staff. Abby helped me with an issue that took over 2 weeks to sort, through no fault of her own, but she never once forgot about me and gave me multiple updates as the days went by. I'm still learning to use the app, just discovered it today. So far it has been pretty straight forward for the most part, i'm excited to see where this could take our business. Spencer has been extremely helpful and patient in answering all of my questions and gets back to me pretty fast. So they have "US Suppliers" with a sneaky disclaimer saying that the item will ship from China if showing OOS. Got the free trial, made a sale, made the purchase of the item, and it comes from China, I could have place the order myself on Aliexpress and save the extra fees and overpriced item for "US Supplier". Another thing, if your work with capturing orders manually because as a business you can fulfill them 1st , they wont let them sync to their system.
