We couldn't ask for more from a Rewards Program, tbh. They've thought of everything: VIP plans, Referral rewards, Behavior rewards...not to mention all notifications and layouts are fully customizeable. They also have an incredible support team. I have worked with smile.io since they were still sweet tooth ... and while the name has changed, the commitment behind the software definitely has not. It just keeps getting better and better. The team over the @ sweet smile (hehee, see what i did there?) ... the team has been nothing but top notch and professional. Turbo HIGH FIVES to Elli, Kellen, Maggie, Tyler and Stuart. I have had a few hiccups in the past .. most notably when migrating over to the new platform, but the team was SO quick to respond and make everything right.
