There are helpful troubleshoot articles provided by Smile but in the end was able to solve the issue by re-applying the app. The Smile team was quick to get back provide back end support. Awesome customer service! They go the extra length to explain to my inquiries. The backend interface is built by professionals. Very easy to setup, like 10mins then you are set to go. Unless you want more features. The user interface, hmm simple, but can be confusing for first time user though, hope there's a tutorial button at the side to explain the feature. And i prefer a page instead of side bubble. Show more
