My customers love the App but there are a few things that are not intuitive. I reached out to Tech Support because I had two customers in the last week who had problems with their rewards. The Tech Support through the Chat was quick and efficient. They had to check on something to answer one question but I got a full answer and a video on how to educate the customer on the problem.
