It's a good enough software for what it does, but god help you if you forget that you're being billed and ask for a refund since you stopped using the service. Totally my fault, but yeah, just a reminder that always double check your monthly charges every month so you don't have to ask for a refund and get turned down. Show more

You will not believe how easy Smile is to set up with all of the features you want. It took Yotpo a month+ of onboarding and 'designing' a rewards page (that confused our customers, btw). I was happy to make the switch. I exported the points from Yotpo rewards and imported them into Smile. So easy. I gave myself 2 weeks to make the transition, but I did it in an afternoon. Also, I pounded support with TONS of questions before making the switch. David patiently answered all of my questions. He even read my questions before answering...and if you have ever used any support from other apps they don't read the first time and then it just makes the process longer, but not David.
