I love how quickly customer support responded to my chat question and resolved my problem on the spot. I've been using Smile for a little while to build up customer loyalty and so far I love rewarding them with discounts instead of always doing big sales. It makes them feel more special and encourages repeat orders and referrals. Wish they would include "free gift" redemption on the free plan though. But other than that, new start-ups is lucky to have these apps boost their brand at the beginning stages. Keep it up Smile Team! Show more

Customer service was very helpful and responded super quick. My challenge is with the customer user interface. It's not intuitive that customers should click on the 'Get Perks' icon in order to access their loyalty account. If I already signed up, I wouldn't need to 'get' perks - I would already have them. Maybe this is something that is fixed in the upgrade plans but for the basic plan, I found it to be counter-intuitive. Show more
