We installed this app to help notify our suppliers of daily orders and the app works perfectly. Not only that, but the team behind the app (especially Kieran) have given just the best customer service experience I've ever had with any developer on Shopify. The reason for a 3 star is because we feel that the price of the app is high compared to what is available in the market. Got this app to send custom notifications to staff for internal orders, as well as to notify vendors whose product we sell on our store. We've were using Shopify Flow for notifications, but kept getting complaints from vendors that the email format was very hard to read and confusing. With this app, notifications can double as packing slips. They are EASY to read, and look like normal Shopify notifications with line items and shipping details. I reached out to CS to see if we could edit the template of the notifications to fit our needs. The founder, Kieran, responded right away and made the edits promptly. Twice! Would recommend.
