Spoke with Julia for an issue with our banner (to be honest I still dont have a clue what it was, tech illiterate). Julia was able to fix the issue and raised our page significantly. That wasnt the most important thing to me though. The important thing was that she treated me like she knew me and didnt make me feel like an idiot for knowing nothing.
