We’ve been using this app for close to a year now and it has been great. Simple easy to use and does it’s job very well. I don’t know how support is because I never had to use them. This should say something at the very least. Highly recommend. Review update: In case you are wondering, the Support provided by Freshly Commerce is superb. Simple Bundles & Kits helps us split our kit SKU's into each individual component allowing us to barcode scan during the fulfilment process. For this use it works well. When we have encountered issues, their customer support has been prompt and easy to work with. Most issues encountered had were caused by integrations and technical limitations of Shopify or other software, and not caused by Simple Bundles directly. Show more
