I installed this app because I needed the ability to provide variable local delivery rates to my customers, based on cart contents and customer tags. I needed to replicate my current state with delivery date and timeslot management as well as configure my desired future state, which included several zones and several variables rates. The support team referred me to their technical Lead, Sid, who created the entire configuration for me in a test theme, worked with me to test and tweak the settings, and was then on hand for every little question as I migrated the theme to production. He supported me almost constantly over a 3 day period, including over the weekend.
