Shipping & Delivery ‑ ShipZip

We started using ShipZip to avoid Shopify's double delivery charges when orders are shipped from multiple locations. The app we used to get round this initially worked pretty well but more and more double charges had started to appear recently, mainly due to us shipping products from more locations. When discussing this with them, they advised that our scenarios would not work with their app. This forced us to look for a new solution to calculate delivery charges and I am happy that we found ShipZip. We run 2 stores, one of which has quite specific delivery charge rules and restrictions so it was important for them to work well. We initially tried to set this up ourselves but required some support to get them working perfectly. Sid responded quickly and was incredibly helpful. He quickly translated our requirements into multiple checkout rules which actually work.
