ShipperHQ: Shipping & Checkout

I have been a customer for over ten years. I started using them way back when they only made an app for Magento. It just works, and frankly, I do not believe there is a better app to do the job. Has great features. But none of them fully work for shopify. And support team has nothing but excuses. Appointment feature wont work, none of the advanced features. It basically will quote customer then that information is gone. Not posted anywhere, no traceability at all. Show more

Shipper HQ has been awesome. We have quite a few complex rules for oversize items, geographically restricted vendors, and needed custom rates for a courier. The level of customization we achieve for displaying shipping options at checkout has been exactly what we needed. Indispensable. This is the ultimate shipping app. Showing customers the guaranteed delivery date with their rates has cut down on customer service calls and boosted conversion. Dimensional weight calculations are dead-on perfect. Finally... I cannot say enough great things about the level of support. ShipperHQ is the best. We used it for 5+ years on Magento and are so very happy to keep it now that we've migrated to Shopify. Show more
