Shipbob has been a great fulfillment partner as we grew our business by over 300% last year. They continued to work with us amidst our growth and worked hard to meet our demand. On the functional side, orders get synced from Shopify easily and it really runs itself after integration. My one caveat is live shipping costs from CartBob. Intuitive in some ways, but not smart enough to handle our specific needs. Overall, excellent domestic 3PL service with great customer service and a growing international presence. Show more

We use ShipBob for order fulfillment. They are a self service fulfillment operation, so as long as you feel comfortable navigating these waters with minimal support, I'd recommend them. However, after you reach a certain volume and $$ threshold, you get dedicated support. We've found the dedicated support very helpful. They just started offering 2-day delivery in the lower 48 states, so that was a big plus. We were considering using Deliverrr for the 2-day option, but they started offering this option before we made the switch. Sometimes standard shipping options are extremely delayed or never show up, (they use UPS mail innovations or DHL surepost for their standard options) but this might also happen elsewhere. International service offerings exist for Canada UK and EU. We also sell in Canada with ShipBob. As of now, they only offer Canada Post for standard and FedEx for expedited shipping. Very expensive options. The app itself works properly for us, although it would be nice to have ShipBob update inventory within Shopify. Perhaps we just haven't found this functionality yet.
