Seller Champ is simply exceptional. Their software offers robust features across many marketplaces at value that you will not find anywhere else. Their support is exceptional. They will go above and beyond to assist your particular needs and are committed to constantly improving their features and user experience. Due to the huge amount of data, features and specific settings unique to each marketplace, there are some glitches and it isn't perfect, but they will always do their best to address it and make it work for you. I don't use it for order fulfillment/syncing, I use it primarily for adding items and some inventory/price syncing. If you if you only use a few of their many features it is well worth it.

Works for what I need it to do. I built some customizations with them and they were helpful in getting them up. We use a small portion of the software and that is listing products from an FTP. They become the inventory tracker and connector to our Shopify store. They work and resolve issues quickly if they ever come up.
1 star is too much. DO NOT USE THIS SOFTWARE. Unless you want your business ruined. Nothing works, be prepared to lose inventory, multiple new problems every week. Multi-channel solutions are a beta at best and be prepared to pay for them to mess up your entire business. Shopify does not work, walmart does not work, ebay be prepared for listings to be deleted, inventory to update to zero randomly, templates do not work. Duplicate listings, pricing to randomly go to zero or $999.99, policy violations galore. Customer service tickets take weeks to be addressed and even then no fix. Customer service takes 3-4 days just to respond. Be prepared to be blamed for every problem as their go to is to blame the user. Stay away and use something else. These people dont care. Company is not based in Texas, complete lie. They are in India and you will not get any type of decent customer service during our normal business hours.
