I have not been impressed by this app. There is no way for me to input my affiliate's paypal information for them, I cannot update their affiliate code without errors, features are hidden, and the interface is not comprehensive. Reports are confusing, I can't tell if my automatic payments are making it to my affiliates too. Not to mention their only hours of availability for onboarding or customer service meetings is 1AM-9AM or 6PM-12AM? Why do you not have availability for meetings during regular business hours? Not impressed.
It was absolutely perfect! A huge thank you to them for their incredible service and support. Everything was beyond my expectations, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience!

We would love to try this app, but after telling us it was not working with our theme, we have waited the entire trial period with no news, no direction and no confidence it may be resolved, and thus we just feel abandoned by the lack of communication. Show more
Just got it set up and it was a breeze. I love the simplicity. I looked at other apps and there were way more bells and whistles than what I needed. I had one question about how a slightly complex reward might be handled and Madhav was really helpful and gave me confidence that it will work as planned. No sales from this system yet (only up for 1 day) but I am sure that those will come soon. Awesome app. Show more
